Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Beeny AI ("Beeny", "we", "us", "our") and the beeny.ai website, APIs, integrations, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Beeny uses AI to extract data from invoices, bills, and receipts and post entries to supported accounting software (e.g. Tally, Busy, Zoho). We continuously improve the Service and may add, modify, or remove features.

The Service is currently offered as an early access product. Some features may be experimental, change without notice, or be unavailable from time to time.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@beeny.ai of any unauthorized access.

Pricing is page-based. Each invoice page processed consumes one credit from your monthly or annual balance. Specific plan inclusions, free credits, and prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice.

Monthly credits reset every 30 days and do not roll over. Annual credits are valid for 12 months from the start of your billing cycle.

Early access offers, including additional free pages, apply only while early access is open and on the terms stated at the time of sign-up.

Fees are billed in advance for the selected plan. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees and exclude applicable taxes (e.g. GST), which we will add where required.

10-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied within 10 days of your first paid invoice for any plan, email hello@beeny.ai and we will refund the amount paid for that billing period. Refunds do not apply to subsequent renewals.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You retain all rights in the documents, data, and content you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant Beeny a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely as needed to provide and improve the Service for you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to upload Customer Data and for the accuracy of that data.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Upload content you do not have the right to upload, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or probe for vulnerabilities.
• Resell, sublicense, or use the Service to build a competing product.
• Use the Service to process content that you know to be false, misleading, or designed to defraud third parties.

The Service uses AI to extract and classify data from your documents. While we work hard to maintain high accuracy, AI output may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing extracted data and posted entries before relying on them for accounting, tax, or compliance purposes.

Beeny is a tool to assist your bookkeeping and is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.

The Service connects with third-party software (e.g. Tally, Busy, Zoho) and other vendors. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services, but we will work in good faith to maintain integrations.

We treat your Customer Data as confidential and use industry-standard safeguards to protect it. See our Privacy Policy for details on security practices.

Beeny, the Beeny logo, and the Service (excluding Customer Data) are owned by Beeny AI and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Feedback you provide is non-confidential and may be used by us without restriction.

You may cancel your account at any time from account settings or by emailing hello@beeny.ai. Upon cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your paid billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users. We may also discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will retain or delete Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output, vendor mappings, or accounting entries.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beeny and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Beeny in the 6 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ₹10,000.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beeny from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-product notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
